Second hand bedchairs and sleep systems
This page lists second hand bedchairs and sleep systems from UK sellers. Sleep systems include a fitted sleeping bag, while bedchairs are sold as the frame and mattress only.
Check the frame for bent legs and make sure every leg locks and adjusts. Look at the fabric for tears or stretched sections, especially around the head and foot.
For sleep systems, ask about the condition of the bag and whether it has been washed. A strong smell or damp storage can be hard to remove.
Bedchairs are large, so postage is higher and many sellers prefer collection. A listing close to home is often the easiest option.
Compare the flat width and length with your current kit, as sizes vary a lot between models. Wider beds are comfier but heavier to carry to the swim.
Where we match a listing to a product on eTackle, the card shows the new price at reputable online tackle shops. Browse our bedchairs and sleep systems or the best bedchairs guide for new models.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a bedchair and a sleep system?
A sleep system includes a sleeping bag fitted to the frame. A bedchair is the frame and mattress on its own.
What should I check on a used bedchair?
Check that the legs lock and adjust and that the fabric is free of tears. Ask about how it has been stored.
Can bedchairs be posted?
Yes, but postage is higher because of the size. Many are offered for collection.
