Second hand bait boats
This page lists second hand bait boats from UK sellers, from simple boats to models with sonar and GPS. Each listing links to the original sale.
Ask about the batteries first, as tired cells shorten each trip and replacements add to the cost. A seller who can show the boat running on the water gives you the most confidence.
Check the hull for cracks, the hoppers for smooth release and the propellers for damage. If the boat has a handset or sonar screen, make sure it is included and powers on.
Bait boats are bulky and valuable, so postage can be high and some are collection only. Ask how it will be packed if it is being sent.
Where a card shows a 'buy new from' price, you can compare it with the same boat at reputable online tackle shops. See our bait boats category or the best bait boats guide for new models.
