Shimano 22 Power Aero 14000 XSC Reel

Product Information

For carp or surf fishing where casting range matters, Shimano’s 22 Power Aero 14000 XSC is a long-cast 14000 reel. Its large spool sits in a compact body, and it has a silver and silver-blue two-tone finish.

HAGANE Gear, X-SHIP, Infinity Drive and Silent Drive provide smooth winding under pressure, with Infinity Drive reducing internal friction for a lighter winding feel.

X-Protect combines a water-repellent coating with a labyrinth structure to keep sand and salt from the internal mechanism.

Parallel Body, Super Slow 5 oscillation, the AR-C spool and Rigid Cast form the casting package. Hi-Speed Drag changes from free-spool to fighting mode with a minimal turn, while 8 S A-RB bearings and one roller bearing support the reel.

It holds 550m of 0.35mm line, 400m of 0.40mm or 300m of 0.45mm.
