Shimano Baitrunner X-Aero 10000 RA Reel combines traditional Baitrunner convenience with casting performance that rivals a compact big-pit reel.
Its oversized Aero Concept spool gives the reel its larger diameter, while the angled AR-C spool lip lets line leave with less friction in smaller coils.
Aero Wrap II and two-speed oscillation manage the line across the spool, and the XGT-7 rotor carries a line-friendly clip to help prevent line damage. The hybrid aluminium and XT7 body has a black satin finish, with six shielded S A-RB ball bearings and one roller bearing.
This 10000 model has a single handle for increased winding power and a 4.6:1 recovery ratio. One turn of the handle retrieves 99cm of line, and the spool holds 510 yards of 10lb line, 420 yards of 12lb line, or 350 yards of 14lb line.
