Product Information
The Scientific Anglers Amplitude Smooth Trout GP Floating Fly Line WF uses AST Plus within its coating for greater slickness and durability.
Its mid-length head is made for mending and accuracy at distance, while the Trout GP taper is aimed at general trout fishing without regularly casting heavy streamer or bulky indicator rigs.
The tapered belly comes from the Infinity design, with longer front and rear tapers and a quarter-size-heavy weight profile. A braided multifilament core runs through the line, and three colours mark its separate sections.
It comes in 3, 5, 6 and 7 line weights, all with a 90ft overall length. Head lengths run from 49.5ft to 52ft across those weights, and welded loops allow quick rigging.
