Product Information
The Guideline Fario CDC Floating Fly Line is made for fishing shy trout with light gear in clear, small waters, and it also suits rivers and lakes. Its low diameter cuts through wind and presents long leaders with pinpoint accuracy.
A short front taper balances mass and power to turn over long leaders in a controlled way.
Long belly and back tapers keep loop sections on a parallel flight path, allowing aerial corrections on the final forward cast and higher back casts over obstacles or from a boat or float tube.
The dense slick coating keeps diameter and wind resistance low while the floating tip remains buoyant. It has a 12lb braided multifilament core, loops at both ends and ID marking at the front, with a spring green grey head and bone white running line.
It comes in WF #4, #5 and #6.
