Product Information
The Okuma Pulzar PZB is a baitfeeder reel for specimen fishing, covering carp and tench on stillwaters as well as big barbel in running water.
Its auto-switch freespool system disengages the spool so bait can run freely, while Quick Set infinite anti-reverse engages the reel in one direction for hook sets.
A corrosion-resistant graphite body houses machined brass internal gearing, while the ported Cyclonic Flow Rotor increases airflow and helps the reel dry faster after it gets wet.
The computer-balanced RESII rotor, five ball bearings and one roller bearing support smooth cranking. S-curve oscillation lays line onto the machine-cut aluminium spool, and the Even Flow line roller reduces twists.
Practical fittings include a round metal line clip, heavy-duty solid aluminium bail wire, easy-folding aluminium handle with wooden knob and graphite spare spool. The 6000 retrieves 80cm per turn and weighs 493g; the 7000 weighs 523g.
The 7000 holds 195m of 0.40mm line, 150m of 0.45mm, or 125m of 0.50mm.
