Wolf Pro Light220 & Powerbank
Product Information
The Wolf Pro Light220 and Powerbank combines a bivvy light with a power bank in one unit. Strong magnets and a mounting plate fix it to the bivvy, and a remote control switch operates the light from a distance.
White, red and green LEDs give a choice of light colour, with six brightness levels, three dimming stages and a beacon mode. Wolf rates the light at 100W for bright lighting around the swim.
It runs on four lithium batteries with a 1000mAh capacity and charges quickly between longer sessions. The power bank function keeps a phone or other gadgets topped up on the bank.

Wolf Pro Light220 & Powerbank Review
One unit that lights the bivvy and charges a phone is a neat way to cut down on kit, and that's the idea behind the Wolf Pro Light220 & Powerbank. It's a bivvy light with white, red and green LEDs, six brightness levels and a beacon mode, with a small power bank built into the same body.
Strong magnets and a mounting plate fix it to the bivvy, and a remote control switch lets you work the light from a distance. For me, the light is the main reason to buy it, because the 1000mAh capacity makes the power bank side an emergency top-up rather than a proper session charger. As a feature-packed bivvy light with a bit of reserve power, though, it makes a lot of sense for overnighters.
How well is it built?
The Pro Light220 is a slim, tube-shaped light with a long diffused panel down the front and a power button at the top. The light and battery live in one body, so there's no separate pack and lead to trail across the bivvy, and it runs on four lithium batteries that come supplied.
The mounting is the clever part. Magnets and a mounting plate hold it in place, which should make it quicker to set up than threading a light through a hanging loop, and it lets you position the light where it's most useful rather than where a loop happens to be.
The remote control switch adds to that, as you're not reaching up to the light every time you need it.
Bear in mind it's a light for inside the bivvy, not a rugged all-weather lamp, and the 8.0 reflects a neat, well-thought-out unit rather than a heavy-duty one. For its job inside the shelter, though, I think it's well made.
Capacity & Output
This is the weak spot, and it's why the score sits at 7.0. The capacity is 1000mAh, which is small next to a dedicated pack like the 20,000mAh Trakker 20k Power Pack, so the power bank function is really a top-up for a phone that's running low rather than a full recharge.
What about the light itself? There are six brightness levels and three dimming stages, so you can run it bright while you set up and sort out the rigs, then turn it right down for the night.
The white LEDs give you a clear working light, while the red and green options are softer, and beacon mode adds a marker light on top.
It charges quickly between sessions, which helps, but if you need to keep a phone and head torch going for a whole weekend, I'd pair it with a proper power bank. As a light with a little power held in reserve, it does what it sets out to do.
Bankside Features
So, why do red and green LEDs matter? They're softer on your night vision than white light and won't light up the swim as much, which helps when you're fishing close in or sharing a lake with other anglers.
Having all three colours in one unit means you don't need a separate light for each job.
The remote control switch is the standout. You can turn the light on as you head back to the bivvy after a take, or switch it off from the bedchair without sitting up, and beacon mode helps you find your shelter in the dark on a busy bank.
The three-stage blackout lets you dim the light right down, and the magnetic mounting keeps it fixed where you put it. Add the power bank for the odd phone top-up, and that's a well-thought-out set of bivvy features, so I think the 8.5 is deserved.
Is it good value for money?
It's one of the cheaper bivvy lights with a power bank built in, and for that you get three LED colours, six brightness levels, beacon mode, a remote switch and magnetic mounting. That's a long list of features for the money.
Is it good value as a power bank? To be fair, not really, but that isn't the point. If charging is your priority, a dedicated pack like the Trakker 20k Power Pack holds far more.
As a bivvy light that can rescue a flat phone in an emergency, though, it's a smart buy, and it saves carrying two separate bits of kit to the swim.
Overall, I'd recommend the Pro Light220 & Powerbank to overnight and weekend carp anglers who want a bright, adjustable bivvy light with a remote, and who already carry a main power bank or only need the odd phone top-up.
