RidgeMonkey's Connect Combi & Steamer Granite Edition XXL brings a deep-sided flat-bottomed frying pan, a four-section pan and a removable steamer tray together for preparing different dishes. The tray has three partitioned sections and converts the cookware into a food steamer.
A detachable hinge separates one pan into two, while the removable magnetic cool-touch handles pack into their protective pouch for storage.
Lightweight aluminium construction has a ridged exterior for even heat transfer, and RidgeMonkey's granite-style coating is tougher, more durable and has improved non-stick properties.
The complete set measures 300 x 255 x 70mm, or 440mm long with the handles fitted, and weighs 1,685g with the steamer tray. The flat-bottomed pan holds 1.7 litres, while the four-section pan holds 1.4 litres across one 800ml and three 200ml sections.
It can be used on traditional stoves and direct heat sources, but not induction hobs.
