Product Information
RidgeMonkey’s Connect Pan & Griddle Granite Edition XXL separates into a flat-bottomed pan and a griddle pan through its detachable hinge. It is made for large omelettes, pizzas, pasta, pies and fried breakfasts, including meals for more than one person.
Lightweight aluminium construction and a ridged exterior provide even heat transfer. The granite-style coating has improved non-stick properties, while removable magnetic cool-touch handles fit in their own protective pouch.
It works on traditional stoves and direct heat sources, but not induction hobs.
Each pan holds 1.9 litres, and the complete set measures 330 x 265 x 80mm, extending to 485mm with the handles fitted. The full set weighs 1,700g and includes a cheese grater and large Q-Lock Spatula in a protective pouch.
