Product Information
Prologic makes the Combat-X Micro Spod & Marker Rods as two-piece rods with a retractable butt section, which gives them a compact size. They are built on lively blanks that are responsive in the tip and keep the power needed to propel heavy spods.
The blank is 24T carbon with a low resin content and a matte black finish, set off by glossy black wraps. A discreet marking 30cm from the reel seat gives precise line measurement, and there are discreet grey alignment markers on each ferrule.
The guides are SeaGuide Minima with an anti-knock tip ring and a 50mm starting guide, and the carbon handle is shortened.
Both lengths have a 5lb test curve. The 9ft rod packs down to 112cm and weighs 320g, and the 10ft packs down to 127cm and weighs 360g. A nylon sleeve with a zipper is included.
