Product Information
Preston’s Extremity XTR reel follows the trusted original Extremity design but is beefed up for the demands of distance casting. A large shallow spool, dual line clips and super-slow oscillation are there to make fishing at range easier.
Slow oscillation improves line lay, and the reel has a one-piece aluminium bail arm with an anti-wrap line guard. Its high-impact-resistant body and balanced rotor construction are finished with a soft-touch moulded handle.
It carries 150m of 0.28mm line and runs on seven ball bearings. Smooth, reliable gearing is intended to keep retrieval precise, while its shallow spool accommodates both mono and braided line.
