Drennan's Vertex Carp Method Feeder 9ft is a rod for short range method feeder fishing for carp and F1s on commercial venues. Its enlarged guides improve casting accuracy when fishing to far bank features and islands at ranges of up to 25m.
The slim, lightweight high modulus carbon blank has significant reserves of power, which gives control of hard fighting carp when you are fishing from small platforms.
The rod is supplied with 1½oz and 2oz carbon feeder tips, and the optimum reel lines are 6lb to 10lb (0.20 to 0.28mm).
Vertex Carp Method rods come in 9ft, 10ft and 11ft lengths. The 9ft and 10ft have a recommended casting weight of up to 50g and the 11ft is rated to 70g.
