The first thing that stands out with the Elite Pro is its finish. The gloss green cosmetics and full cork handle give it a traditional predator look, while the Fuji guides and carbon blank confirm this is a modern, performance-driven rod.

Casting with the 12ft 2.75lb model felt effortless. The semi-parabolic action loads up nicely when throwing out deadbaits, and you get a good blend of control and distance without feeling overpowered.
