Product Information
Westin’s W10 Coastal braid is made for sea trout and saltwater fishing in tough conditions. Premium Japanese UHMPE fibres are arranged in a 13X construction, with 12 carriers braided around a central core to make the line uniformly round. It comes in 150m spools.
An Advanced Ultra High PIC weave uses 56 weaves per inch for a smooth surface and greater abrasion resistance. Westin’s Double Dura-Coating makes the line stiffer to reduce wind knots and creates a water-repellent surface that reduces water absorption and friction.
Morning Mist line is dyed before oven curing, then sealed with a double gel coat for colour stability and longevity. Diameter and breaking strain run from 0.08mm and 5.8kg to 0.205mm and 13.2kg, with four further diameters between them.
