Product Information
Shimano developed the Zodias in Japan for bass fishing, and the range is suited to light and medium European predator fishing. It runs from ultra-light spinning models for drop shot and light lure fishing to heavy casting models for shads, crankbaits and spinner baits.
Shimano’s Hi-Power X technology increases energy transfer through the rod for greater casting accuracy and distance, while reducing blank twist during a fight.
The Monocoque handle, Carbon Monocoque rear grip and CI4+ reel seat increase sensitivity, transmitting knocks and twitches into your hand.
There are seven spinning and six casting models in the range. The ULS2 has a TAFTEC ALPHA carbon tip for extra sensitivity, while Fuji guides finish the rod and the blank splits into equal butt and tip sections for transport.
