Product Information
The Shimano Nasci FD Spinning Reel is made for a wide range of fishing techniques, with a lightweight body that helps balance a rod and reduces fatigue over longer sessions.
It comes in C3000 and C5000 XG sizes, while the larger model has an extra-high gear ratio for fast, long-range crankbait retrieves.
Inside, HAGANE Gear and X-SHIP work with Infinity Drive for smooth, powerful rotation. Silent Drive keeps operation quiet, and Anti-Twist Fin reduces slack line around the bail arm.
The AR-C spool and smooth line lay improve casting, while Coreprotect provides IPX4 water protection.
The C5000 XG weighs 300g, retrieves 105cm of line per crank and carries 175m of 0.35mm nylon mono or 120m of 0.40mm. It has a 6.2:1 ratio and 5/1 bearings. The C3000 weighs 235g and holds 210m of 0.25mm nylon mono.
