Product Information
The Savage Gear Orange LTD FD Spinning Reel is a limited-edition reel made to pair with the Orange LTD rod series for predator anglers.
Its Graphite Reinforced Composite body and rotor combine lightweight construction with durability, while the aluminium spool adds further strength. DuraGrease lubrication supports consistent operation and extended reel life.
An SST CNC-machined aluminium handle brings strength, and the soft-touch knob gives a comfortable, secure grip through longer sessions. Eight plus one steel ball bearings keep retrieves smooth with less friction.
The Friction Control Drag System uses carbon-fibre washers for smooth, controlled stopping power when playing hard-fighting predators.
A 5.2:1 gear ratio is shared across the 1000, 2500, 3000 and 4000 sizes. The 1000 takes 150m of 0.14mm line and retrieves 60cm, while the 4000 takes 150m of 0.28mm line and retrieves 81cm.
