RidgeMonkey Ape-X Chod is a barbed carp hook built from Japanese Carbon 80 Steel, with a forged bend and shank, an out-turned eye and a long needle point.

Its RM-Tec Gun Metal Coating is paired with a micro barb, while the straight point is designed for a sharp, precise presentation. Ordinary hook-sizes are available within the barbed pattern.

The Ape-X range covers carp and specimen fishing situations, with advanced hook point technology developed through more than two years of testing. The Chod comes in packs of 10, a practical quantity for tying several rigs and keeping replacements ready.
