The Nash LRX Reel is a long-range carp reel family aimed at anglers who want a smooth big-pit reel for casting distance, boat work and heavy-duty line capacity. The range covers 8000 and 10000 sizes, so it can suit different spool-capacity needs.
Nash frames the LRX around careful gearing, super-slow oscillation and a fast front-drag system. The line lay is designed for braided or monofilament mainlines, while the drag moves from free-spool tension to locked-up in half a turn.
The 8000 model weighs 675g and retrieves 100cm per handle turn. The 10000 model weighs 728g and retrieves 104cm per turn, with both using a 4.9:1 gear ratio and 10kg drag power.
