Korda’s Basix Weigh Sling is a traditional nylon sling for moving a fish between the water and unhooking mat, then weighing it.

It suits younger anglers, newcomers, occasional users and those keeping costs down, while remaining long and deep enough for UK carp and many overseas venues.

Powder-coated two-piece metal bars give the sling rigidity, while webbing straps balance it from the scales. It floats for transferring a fish and rolled landing net in the water, with drainage holes to shed water and free-running end zips to keep the fish contained.

The elasticated bars split for storage in the supplied compact stink bag, and the folded sling fits inside a Basix Cradle unhooking mat.
