Product Information
The Guideline NOVA Reel Stardust is an aluminium fly reel made from recycled raw-material ingots, for single-hand, switch and double-hand fly rods. Recycled materials are also used for the reel case and the packaging, and no single-use plastics are involved.
An optimised carbon drag system gives each reel size its own torque output. A rear-fixed drag plate adds stability, while wave springs keep the drag pressure more consistent during a fight. Latticed spool spokes and vertical cross arms add structural integrity to the spool.
The Stardust reel is made in three sizes for 4 to 6, 7 to 9 and 8 to 10 weight lines, with spool diameters from 95mm to 111mm.
Capacity runs from a WF5 line with 85m of 20lb backing up to a shooting head with 200m of 30lb backing, and spare spools come in Stardust for all three sizes.
