The Wychwood Riot Specialist Rod brings lighter test curves and progressive playing actions to the space between carp and coarse fishing. The range is used for surface fishing through the warmer months and is also at home casting large feeders on big rivers for powerful barbel.

A high-modulus 24T carbon blank carries a forgiving, crisp tip section that powers gradually into the mid-section when finer lines and presentations are needed. It has ULW casting-efficient guides, an Anti-Frap tip guide, a robust DPS reel seat and a traditional full cork handle.

The two 12ft rods have different test curves and butt-ring sizes. One has a 1.75lb test curve with a 25mm butt ring, while the other has a 2.25lb test curve with a 30mm butt ring. Both are all-round models.
