If you already have a pillow you like, Sonik's Bank-Tek Pillow Case turns it into a fishing pillow. It is sized to fit most standard bed pillows, so you can bring your favourite from home and give it a cover made for the bank.
One side is ultra soft polyester and the reverse is polar fleece, so you can choose the side you prefer each night. The fleece side is the warmer of the two on cold nights in the bivvy.
A zipped top lets you slide the pillow in and out, and it makes the case easy to take off and wash after a session. That way your own pillow stays clean while you are on the bank.
