The Solar SP Quick-Up Shelter Green MkII With Heavy-Duty Groundsheet is a square-footprint shelter for anglers who want fast pitching and genuine long-session living space. It is often treated as a one or two-person shelter, depending on layout.
The MkII keeps Solar's Quick-Up folding-frame concept, using extendable quick-lock legs rather than loose pole threading. That makes it useful when arriving late, moving swims or setting up in poor weather.
The listed dimensions are 250cm by 250cm with a 170cm height, and folded dimensions are around 109cm by 23cm by 23cm. The square footprint is the key design point because very little space is wasted at the back or sides.
This version includes the heavy-duty rip-stop groundsheet. SolarTex material, a redeveloped spreader block, pre-installed overwrap bracket and twin-skin roof/peak system make it more capable than a simple day shelter.
Ventilation is handled through a climate-control vent system, front and rear doors, and mesh options. It is best suited to anglers who want quick setup but still need proper comfort for longer carp sessions.
The packed size is still substantial, so it is best matched with barrow work or swims close to parking on regular venues and planned overnight sessions too.
