Product Information
The Shimano Aero BB Reel is a front-drag reel for float and feeder anglers, with an anti-reverse facility that lets you play fish by backwinding. Its understated graphics match Shimano rods, especially the Aero float and feeder ranges.
Inside its XT-7 G Free body, Cold Forged Hagane Gear and X-Ship provide powerful, efficient winding and long-lasting reliability. The cold-forged aluminium AR-C spool improves casting and line management, while the screw-in handle engages directly with the main gear without play.
A round metal line clip helps with accurate feeder casting, and a line reducer lets you load less mono or braid onto the spool. The C3000, 4000 and C5000 sizes cover most float fishing and light to heavy feeder fishing for carp and bream.
