Product Information
The Prologic Combat-Trio Shrink Rods use three piece construction for a compact format for carp fishing and transport. Its 24T low-resin carbon blank has a smooth through-action, balancing power with forgiveness.
The rods retain the feel and integrity of a classic blank while packing down smaller than a traditional two-piece rod.
Lightweight Minima guides and an anti-frap tip ring sit with a quality reel seat and full-length Japanese shrink tube handle. Orange markings at each joint provide alignment for assembly, while 30cm and 50cm marker whippings from the reel seat allow precise line measurement.
The fittings also include a black carbon line clip and butt guide protector.
The rods come in 10ft, 12ft and 13ft lengths with 3lb to 4lb test curves. The 3lb rods have a 40mm butt guide, while the heavier test curve rods have a 50mm guide. Pack-down lengths are 107cm for 10ft, 127cm for 12ft and 138cm for 13ft.
