Product Information

The Nytro Marvelist Power Feeder Reel is the premium feeder reel family in the Marvelist range, developed with Tommy Pickering. It comes in 4000, 5000 and 6000 sizes, giving enough spread for commercial feeders, natural venues and stronger river or distance work without splitting the range across separate methods on busy match waters too.

All three reel sizes share a 4.9:1 gear ratio, 6+1 ball bearings and a medium-shallow aluminium feeder pop-off spool for mono or braid. Nytro also includes a spare spool, which is useful when switching between line diameters or between mono and braid setups.

The 4000 is listed at 354g with 150m of 0.26mm capacity and 10kg drag. The 5000 and 6000 both list 12kg drag, with the 6000 carrying 300m of 0.28mm for heavier and longer feeder work. Build strength is the main selling point, with a high-strength aluminium body, stainless steel main shaft and heavy-duty internal structure.

S-curve crosswind oscillation, two oversized round metal line clips, an oversized bail wire and twist-free line roller all support accurate feeder casting. This is the Marvelist option for anglers wanting a stronger feeder reel rather than an entry-level match reel. The three reel sizes make it easy to match the same family to commercial, natural-water and longer-range feeder work.
