Product Information
Dark cork is one of three abbreviated handle finishes Nash offers on its premium Scope Ops carp rods, alongside black Duplon and olive Duplon. With the dark cork handle the rods come in 9ft and 10ft lengths, in 3.25lb and 3.5lb test curves.
The blank is 30 tonne high modulus, low resin carbon with a 1K Toray external weave, which gives a crisp recovery. Nash has added 45 degree multi directional fibre reinforcement to reduce twist and lateral distortion, and that improves both casting distance and accuracy.
The reel seat is a carbon pipe design with engraved Nash logos and a flattened thumb grip.
The 3.25lb rods are ringed from a 40mm butt ring to a 12mm anti-frap tip ring, and the 3.5lb rods from a 50mm butt ring to a 12mm anti-frap tip ring. Scope branding runs along the sides of the handle and at the rear above the butt cap.
Every model includes Nash's patented Butt Lock Peg connection, which can be added to the butt cap.
