Guru Super XS Spade Hooks are super-strong spade-end hooks for close-range, hit-and-hold fishing, particularly from the pole. The extra-wide gape and long, durable point are designed to provide secure hook holds when targeting larger carp, tench or barbel around snags and reeds.
The forged body, beaked point and oversized spade suit heavier lines and demanding margin work.
The shape also accommodates larger baits such as meat and paste, while remaining suitable for pole, waggler or feeder fishing with other baits including maggots, worms, pellets and corn. The available supplied choice is a barbed size 18 hook. Each packet contains ten hooks.
