Product Information
Fox’s EOS 8000 FS Reel brings the range’s free spool system to modern-day angling. It lets a taking fish draw line freely, while the four-size EOS FS family covers fishing from small waters and stalking to long-range casting and boat or bait boat work.
Turn the handle and the free spool system disengages instantly, changing the reel into a front drag system. This gives smooth, precise clutch control while playing a fish. The EOS FS design is strong, reliable and made to stand up to the rigours of modern-day angling.
The 8000 size holds 300m of 0.30mm line and has a 4.9:1 gear ratio. Its bearing set comprises five ball bearings and one roller bearing. It weighs 444g.
