Drennan F1 & Silverfish Bungee is the lightest option in the Bungee family, aimed at anglers who need soft shock absorption. It is rated 4-6 at 1.5mm, so it belongs with silvers, skimmers, small F1s and careful winter commercial work.

The construction is tubular and twin-walled with a hollow core. That gives it more stretch than standard solid latex, which helps cushion sudden lunges from smaller carp and better silverfish. Aqua visibility is useful because anglers can see the elastic working at the pole tip. The pack also includes a Dacron Connector, which helps create a neat elastic-to-rig connection without buying that part separately.

This is not the Bungee option for bullying large margin carp. The stronger Carp Bungee and Power Bungee sizes sit above it, while the F1 & Silverfish version is about finesse, control and hook-hold protection.

It suits anglers who fish canals, lakes and commercial pools where roach, perch, bream, skimmers and small F1s are likely. It is also a useful colder-weather elastic when fish need a softer touch and fewer hook pulls.
