Product Information

Four models make up the Daiwa Saltist Surf range, three for multiplier reels and one for fixed spool users.

The blanks combine Daiwa's X45 technology with HVF, its High Volume Fibre. X45 resists torque, so you get the most return from your casting effort. The rods also have Daiwa's V-Joint, Fuji O ring guides, Fuji reel seats and EVA and shrink grip handles.

The multiplier rods are 12ft 6in, 13ft 6in and 14ft 2in long. All three have a sliding Fuji DPS reel seat and are rated at 100g to 200g.

The 14ft HT for fixed spools is a three-section rod with a Hybrid Tip and a fixed Fuji DPS seat, and its optimum casting weight range is 84g to 150g.
