Vass made the 350 Winter Lined Bib & Brace Edition 5 for boat and shore sea fishing in prolonged wind and heavy rain. Its heavy-duty Vass-Tex 350 outer stays supple and flexible, while the waterproof and windproof construction has a rating of up to 50,000mm hydrostatic head.
The material is non-breathable but has internal moisture-wicking properties for comfort.
A warm padded lining promotes internal air circulation without making the bib and brace bulky, helping to retain freedom of movement.
The extended back gives added weather protection when bending, while quad-welded seams, reinforced knees with knee-pad access and Velcro ankle straps add practical detail. Reflective leg logos improve visibility when fishing at night.
It comes in Small through to 3XL, covering 29 to 42-inch waists. The metal-free construction avoids corroding parts during use, and the Vass-Tex coating does not need reproofing to remain waterproof.
The garment is machine washable and should be drip dried inside out, with washing kept at 40°C or below.
