Spomb Tapered Braided Leaders are 10m braided shockleaders with a tapered construction that joins the leader to the mainline smoothly. The range tapers from 50lb (0.38) to 20lb (0.20), and a 40lb (0.35) to 18lb (0.18) version is also made.

Its thin butt section forms tiny knots that reduce friction through the guides, while the smaller knots reduce air resistance and reduce crackoffs when casting. Each spool holds three leaders, supplied in red or black, for Spombing and long-range fishing.
