Product Information
This compact Sonik Xtractor+ Specialist Float rod has a progressive test curve and is made for heavier diameter lines and bigger species, on both running and still water. Sonik says it covers everything from tench fishing to barbel and chub fishing.
High modulus C6 carbon is used for the blank, which has a tough RAW-Carbon finish and the slim, light Xtractor action with progressive power.
The guides are super-light M-SERIES DL black guides with a hard wearing anti-frap ceramic tip ring, and the joint is Sonik's VARI-TAPER construction.
The reel seat is a matt black 16mm DPS, and the handle is slim Japanese shrink rubber with a subtle flared end and a black anodised butt cap laser etched with the S logo. The rod weighs 161g, has a transport length of 127cm (50in) and carries a 20-T10 guide pattern.
