Savage Gear Salt Sandeel Pencil is based on a 3D scan of a real sandeel and measures 9cm at 13g. Its slim body swims in an S-curve with the head held slightly up, while a twitch brings a loud clicking sound from the built-in rattle chamber.
On the stop the lure flutters and rolls backwards. Its extreme long cast design is made to cover a lot of water, and it comes with both a single hook and a treble hook, with the option of fitting the treble on the belly as well.
Savage Gear also makes the Sandeel Pencil in a 15cm, 30g size.
