RidgeMonkey FluoroCast Tapered Distance Mainline combines fluorocarbon-coated monofilament with a tapered profile for long-distance casting.

The line is fast-sinking, supple and low visibility underwater, while retaining the tensile properties associated with fluorocarbon without its stiffness or brittleness.

A 15lb 0.33mm mainline section transitions smoothly to 40lb at 0.60mm at both ends of the spool. This built-in tapered shockleader lets the line run straight through to the lead system without an additional leader or tied-on knots.

Very low stretch supports sensitivity when feature finding or playing fish, and the line has high abrasion resistance around snags, debris and weed. Each clear spool holds 300m, with the tapered construction helping reduce tangles during casting.
