Product Information
Rapala Countdown Hard Lures are sinking balsa lures for casting or trolling when fish are suspended, holding over weed tops or on bottom structure. They sink at a consistent one foot per second, so you can return to a chosen depth repeatedly.
Weight in the lure produces Rapala’s slow-rolling action, while the swimming action responds instantly to rod-tip movement for twitching, lifting and jerking. Each lure is hand-tuned and tank-tested, with VMC black nickel hooks fitted.
Body lengths run from 3cm to 11cm, with weights from 4g to 16g and running depths from 0.6m to 3.9m. The 3cm, 5cm and 7cm bodies come in Minnow, Perch, Muddler, Rainbow Trout, Silver, Live Perch and Firetiger patterns.
