Product Information
Orvis's PRO BOA Wading Boot combines the BOA Fit System with a Michelin Outdoor Extreme outsole made for fly fishing.
The BOA system provides even tension through the boot, while the sole uses a wider footprint, greater surface contact and a lug pattern intended to reduce shock and improve pressure distribution.
A two-layer midsole contains a co-moulded ESS plate for stud retention and torsional stability. Inside, the 3D-moulded OrthoLite X25 insole provides arch support, while the higher-cut boot has closed-cell foam lining for ankle support.
The quick-drying Clarino microfibre upper uses cast PU construction to remove seams in high-wear areas, with a zoned cage for stability, grip and abrasion resistance. Scratch rubber protects the toe cap and heel, and the boot has a large heel pull and high-density laces.
It weighs 50oz in size 10 and comes in men's whole sizes US 7 to 14.
