The Matrix Ultron Coated Braid is an eight-strand microfibre PE braid made for long-distance casting. Its durable anti-wind-knot coating was developed to eliminate wind knots during long casts.
The braid has a super-smooth outer finish that reduces friction and helps it cast further. Zero stretch increases bite detection, while the knot strength is extra strong.
It comes in 0.08mm, 0.10mm and 0.12mm diameters, each supplied on a 200m spool. Matrix developed the braid with its European consultants.
