Product Information

The Matrix Ethos XR Reel is a compact coarse reel family built around feeder and float tactics. It is best viewed as a mixed-method reel for regular commercial and match-style fishing, but it must not be confused with Ethos XR rods, handles or spare spools.

Matrix lists two reel sizes. The 3000 is the lighter, neater option at 298g with 89cm retrieve, while the 3500 gives a little more retrieve and line capacity at 304g. Both models use a 5.2:1 gear ratio, 6+1 carbon steel ball bearings and a graphite anti-flex body.
