The MAP Parabolix Ultra 11 Feeder Rod is a premium feeder rod for anglers who want a soft, non-locking action in a modern carbon blank. It belongs to the Parabolix Ultra II feeder family, which is built around controlled fish playing as much as casting accuracy.
MAP uses Nano Carbon construction through the blank. The idea is to keep the rod light and responsive while allowing the blank to keep bending smoothly when fish pull hard. The 10ft and 11ft feeder models sit in the short-to-medium commercial and natural-water bracket. Casting weights around 20g to 30g suit small method, open-end and light cage feeders rather than heavy river work.
The rod includes oversized Fuji guides, a Fuji reel seat and a rubberised Winn Grip handle. Those fittings give the rod a more refined feel than a simple entry-level feeder. Three carbon tips are supplied in 0.5oz, 1oz and 1.5oz ratings.
