Product Information
Korda built the Kaizen Green 12ft 2.75lb Floater to be extremely light and responsive, with a decent backbone for playing larger specimens. In Korda's testing it landed fish to 36lb.
Kaizen Green rods are built on a fast-tapered mandrel, which gives a taper that runs consistently from butt to tip and a tippy action, with most of the flex at the tip until the rod comes under heavier loading.
The lightweight Sea-Guide TDG twin leg stainless steel guides carry an ADAMAN coating that Korda says is ten times tougher than stainless steel and gives smoother line passage and improved abrasion resistance. The butt ring is 50mm and the tip ring is 16mm.
The blank has a low glare matt finish with black whippings and a subtle green logo. The handle is covered in black Japanese shrink wrap and has a flared end, which gives a better grip during casting.
It is finished with an injection moulded butt cap carrying a green Korda logo, and the reel seat is a Sea-Guide DPS style.
