JRC Silicone Tubing is designed to hold the hair in position against the hook. The grey tubing measures 0.5/1.5mm and stretches to fit different hook sizes, so one pack can cover a range of rig arrangements.

You get 1.5 metres in the pack, so there is plenty to trim into short sections for individual rigs. Cut only what you need for each hook and keep the remaining tubing ready for the next setup.
