JRC rate the Defender II Sleeping Bag as a 3 season bag. Use it on its own when the weather is mild, or put a cover over it in colder conditions to stay warm and dry on even the coldest nights.

Inside, 150g/m2 hollow fibre filling sits within a comfortable, durable polyester outer. Smooth crash zips run down both sides of the bag, and easy-pull toggles on the zips make them quick and simple to open and close.

Elasticated hoods at the head and foot fit over the ends of a bedchair, and a central strap holds the bag in place. A built-in mozzie mesh net covers your face so you can leave the bivvy open on warm nights, and the bag packs small and light into the compression sack supplied.
