The Guideline Elevation Brook & TLT rods are shorter single-handed rods for smaller streams, with a smooth medium-fast action. The 7'2'' #3 is made for the smallest brooks and creeks, while the 8' #4 covers a broader range of waters and is also for lake fishing.
Matte, lightly buffed blanks have a dark graphite-grey appearance with a thin matte coating. Each rod has a 3A cork half-wells grip, light-wire single-leg guides and KW-style stripper guides on stainless frames with a gun-smoke powder-coat finish.
Both rods are three-piece designs. They come in 7'2'' #3 and 8' #4 sizes, while the 7'2'' #3 has a recommended 9-11g head weight and weighs 63g. A recycled REPREVE polyester rod bag and rod tube cover are included.
