Product Information
Preston Measuring Sticks help set out line lengths accurately before fishing. The sticks push into the ground at the set distance, with the cord held tight between them.
Once marked, the line goes under the reel line clip, and the sticks turn inwards before the line is reeled off.
A foam section holds the hook when a method feeder rig is being measured. An open-ended groundbait feeder slides over one stick, and the line is then wrapped around the sticks for the required number of turns.
A 3m, or 10ft, cord clips to the sticks for setting out. Two colour-coded toggle stops mark distances shorter than a full wrap, allowing two ranges to be marked with the same sticks.
