Gardner Hydro-Sink Noir Distance Braid is a 20lb main-line braid with a 0.28mm diameter. Its Dyneema and fluorocarbon fibre blend is made for long-distance casting and fast sinking, settling flush to the lake bed.
The non-fade black Dyneema and fluorocarbon construction provides concealment when the line settles over weed and lake beds. Both fibres are UV resistant, so they do not degrade after exposure to sunlight.
Dyneema fibres provide linear and knot strength at a low diameter. Gardner measures the stated 20lb or 11.3kg breaking strain at the knot. It comes on 300m and 600m spools.
