Product Information

The Fox EOS 12000 Reel is a larger version of the EOS 10000, introduced alongside the EOS 12000FS. It suits general fishing and also works as a spod reel, and its hardwearing graphite body has matt-black styling with understated graphics.

A Quick Front Clutch with a grit guard controls the drag, and the spool has a Pro Cast Lip to help line leave smoothly. Mesh-Tec gearing drives the rotor, while a Twist Free Roller, rotor line guards, a sprung line clip and an anti-backlash system look after the line.

Seven stainless steel ball bearings and one roller bearing sit inside the reel, which has a 4.5:1 gear ratio and weighs 744g. The spool holds 375m of 0.34mm line, and spare spools are available separately.
